I had originally planned to host a live webinar this Wednesday to introduce my new book, CARVER Leadership: Lessons from the Boardroom, War Room, and Locker Room.

But this week pulled me in a different direction. I’ve been called down to Miami for a major security conference, and I won’t be able to deliver it live the way I intended. Rather than cancel, I decided to do something better.

This book - and this webinar - are a little different from anything I’ve done before. Most of my work has been focused on methodology, training, and systems. This one is more personal.

I wrote CARVER Leadership as a passion project. It’s drawn from my experiences not just in the intelligence and security world, but as a father, a husband, an entrepreneur, and even as an athlete. It’s about how those environments shape the way we make decisions, lead people, and handle pressure when it actually matters.

Because of that, I haven’t pushed it out broadly yet. It’s not even up on Amazon or in stores like Barnes & Noble, where my previous books have been distributed. I’ve been sharing it quietly - intentionally - with people I think will genuinely get value from it.
