SECRETS OF THE CIA'S CARVER METHODOLOGY 

First utilized in World War II by the Office of Strategic Services (OSS), the forerunner to the CIA, the CARVER Methodology has been one of the most reliable target analysis and vulnerability assessment tools around.  Frequently used by military planners, intelligence officers, and special operations personnel, CARVER has begun to make its way into state and local government agencies, as well as some corporate board rooms.

Luke Bencie has worked in over 100 countries and trained thousands of professionals on CARVER for over 20 years, both as an intelligence officer and as a global security consultant.  He co-authored the book, The CARVER Methodology, with the "Godfather of CARVER," CIA legend Leo Labaj.
